Is your country eligible for the DV 2018? #findout

DV Lottery eligibility requirements will be clearly mentioned in the DV 2018 Instructions. The main thing is that the person must be born in an eligible country as listed in the country list in the DV lottery instructions. If not was born in an eligible country people can claim their eligibility through the other methods given in the instructions.
Secondly they must have successfully completed their high school degree after attending the junior and high school for 12 years or must have 2 years of work experience within the last 5 years after studying/training the job for 2 years to perform it. This course must meet the eligibility in the DOL Onet jobs as per the DV Lottery instructions.

If you don't have the above requirements don't submit your free application form for the Green card lottery program.
Many Agents in the third world countries specially in Africa used to tell people that all the jobs are qualified for the visa lottery for the reason to gain monetary advantage from the applicant. So don't believe them.
As all the countries don't have the same educational program like the USA it is better for you to go for the web site of the local US embassy and find out what education requirements they need from your country people.
Most of the African Countries education requirement is fully completed WAEC certificate.
Nigeria:
5 scores of "6" or higher in 5 different subjects in the WAEC, SSCE, NECO, or NABTEB exams. Also holders of BSC degree, HND, or OND from an accredited university or polytechnic institution too qualify. The WAEC can be provided from two different year examinations. (Nigeria born people are not allowed) Nepal: Intermediate or certificate level, which is the degree obtained for successfully attending and passing two years in college after ten years of school. Ten plus two that includes twelve years of formal schooling (academic or in special cases vocational). Attendance in a college or 10+2 institute is mandatory to count as twelve years of formal schooling. Private exams taken in lieu of school attendance do not count as twelve years of formal education under the laws of the United States.
Vocational degrees, including the CTEVT, will count only if they are accepted in Nepal as a basis for further academic study to all programs in all institutes of higher education. Vocational degrees that allow limited admission to selected programs do not count as twelve years of formal education for the purposes of the DV program.
Bangladesh:
The Bangladesh government-issued HSC is considered to be the equivalent of a U.S. high school education. Also a minimum two-year technical board certificate or a first-year pass from a university will also qualify. (Bangladesh born people are not allowed)
Sri Lanka:
GCE A/L Education Certificate complete pass with the compulsory subjects.
Morocco:
To qualify for a visa under this DV 2018 visa lottery program, an applicant from Morocco must have a Baccalaureate certificate or two years of work experience.
Ethiopia:
