HOW TO DELETE OOVOO ACCOUNT USING YOUR COMPUTER OR LAPTOP

We are going to first guide you through the way of deleting your Oovoo account when you are using your desktop computer or laptop.

1. Open the ooVoo application on your computer.
2. Log in to your account by placing your username and password and click on login.
3. Navigate to your profile.
4. Click on edit my profile.
5. On the display name box, choose close and enter.
6. Proceed to photo edit and remove your photo completely.
7. You should then place your profile in privacy in the settings section.
8. Then proceed to edit your search profile settings to No One.
9. You should then uncheck all email notification settings in the Email Section.
10. Now uninstall the ooVoo application from your computer to complete the process.

DELETING OOVOO ACCOUNT USING MOBILE DEVICE

This process will work on all mobile devices including tablets:

1. Go to the ooVoo application on your phone and open the application.
2. Log in to your account you want to delete, providing the appropriate username and password.
3. Tap on your display name and type the word closed on the display name place provided.
4. Tap on your profile picture, and go to the setting link that comes out.
5. You will select Privacy and security as your change your profile search settings to No One.
6. You should then proceed to remove your picture.
7. Then you proceed to uninstall the application from your phone as you complete the process.
